We will issue your refund as soon as we receive the required unused product and proof of purchase. It can take from a few minutes to days, depending on your bank.
The Heel Sling is designed to remain in the shoes where the product is installed. If however, you would like to remove the product, simply pull away the leather heel portion; then use scissors to cut the strapping away from the footpad. The clear footpad with the logo will remain in the shoe.
No. The product is designed for a single pair of shoes. It is advised to purchase a new set of The Heel Sling for each separate pair of shoes.
The Heel Sling can be used in all shoes including men’s loafers and dress shoes, zippered and tie-up boots, as well as athletic shoes.
The Heel Sling comes in the Child and Adult sizes. The Child size works for Boys and Girls size 11 Toddler up to a Kid Size 4.
The Adult Heel Sling can be used in a Men or Women’s Size 4 to Size 14.
